[ExI] jaw dropping etc: targeted ad for targretin

This was a mind blower.  The datamining mechanisms of the advertising
industry somehow found me based (apparently) on my Google history.  I just
got this in my inbox.  Has anyone else here received this ad?  Note the
second paragraph:
