Physics of computation requires a rigid lattice in
order to maximize the rate of Ops/J/volume.

Liquid may be useful in cooling, but even then there's
a trade-off (reduction in functionality concentration,
introduction of vibrations distorting circuit geometry
and contaminating species (think graphene electronics
and spintronics).

Some like it radiant-cooled glowing hot, some hard and old, millikelvin cold.
