[ExI] Euler day

I would think this right and not just because German is the language I probably speak second-best, after English*, but think of how "Freud" is pronounced even in English.

Wikepedia says the nearest English equivalent of the German
pronunciation is "Oiler"

So I doubt if you would prefer that.   :)
