Any government with an interest in continuing governmental monopoly on the
money supply is a suspect. How can you do unlimited quantitative easing
with stuff like this out there? The governments of the world can't do what
they tried in Cyprus, but they can accomplish the same thing by diluting
the money supply over time. But it is harder to do that when there are
viable alternatives.
