[ExI] Starfield visualizations

Thanks. Something Vinge said at Boskone clicked cylinders in my brain
into place and started up my pressroom machinery. I realized that the
teenager in a mainstream piece I wrote grows up to be the mom in
another old story, set on an asteroid. And that they're the start of a future
history I've been fleshing out since.

Starfield visualization is, I'm sure, merely the first "Does anyone know—"
question as I write the series.
