There's a huge problem with this approach: it is limited by the color
space capability of your display. The cheaper panels only use 6 bit/color,
which gives you quantization, but the width of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamut and
color distribution will be limited by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_space
