Just to cut in here, let's say it's all computable. That's fine, but there's still the daunting problem of actually getting it all right. Ever finer grain approaches might tend toward the limit of realizing this, but at any specific point in the progress something might be left out -- something, to use Rafal's apt term, very relevant. That's a problem that needs to be addressed as well (if you haven't already discussed it).
