It would be interesting to build an idea futures market in Bitcoin,
which under some conditions (e.g. server and business based in Iceland
or another suitable jurisdiction) would protect it from regulators. I
have discussed the idea many times on the Bitcoin Forum, with
interesting suggestions and comments. Of course like all ideas, this
needs work and cash to fly.
