3 people were just awarded a Nobel prize for:

"showing that asset prices move unpredictably in the short term but with
greater predictability over longer periods"

Said the NY times:

To me, this is exactly what the "Law of the Crypto Coin Camp" (
http://canonizer.com/topic.asp/154/2) has been predicting about Bitcoin
valuations - that short term, you don't know what the market will do, but
over the long term, you can make intelligent predictions.

Does this convince anyone, or do people that think you can't make long term
predictions an any kind of law like way, interpret this differently?
