The real test is in getting restaurants to buy these machines (or launching
their own actual restaurant, as seems to be the plan here) and use them to
serve customers profitably. There's more to a restaurant than just
cooking; this machine must integrate with the rest, or find a way to
operate on its own (perhaps vending machine style).
The theoretical capability is already there. This is about implementing in
practice. Good that someone is trying, though!
