Indeed not sir.  I am more powerful than the dozer, for I am its control
system.  I make all the choices of where it goes and what it does.

 

We are now on the verge of dealing with a new question, as control systems
become ever more sophisticated and autonomous.  We can build a bulldozer
with some autonomy already, and perhaps in the future, build one that has
its own will.  I still will not worship the thing, but I will stand in
terrified awe.
