People are required to buy car insurance anyway in accordance to outdated
laws. But with low-risk autonomous cars, we could also use a rarely used
alternative: posting a bond.

Naturally insurance companies will be restricted to profiting only from the
poor, as poor people won't be able to post an upfront sum of money.

Such is the course of the future.
