It depends on the nature of the test.  Thought experiment.  Get a group of Americans, divide them into Republican and Democrat, give them a test on the US Constitution.  Who do you suppose wins that contest?  Now give them a test on the human reproductive system, birth control, etc.  Who wins that round?  {8^]
