As usual, there is someone trying to disrupt (ejem) this too. Check this
new enterprise by Martin Varsavsky (ex-fon, ex-jazztel) that aims to freeze
ovulus and sperm in advance so people can choose when to have children.

He envisions a future where everyone has these stored and it's so common to
have them implanted when you want them... Fear of getting older and
bringing less healthy children to the world is a constant in his messages...
