for example.
It looks like there's a lot more identified gallium deposits, mainly in
bauxite, than are currently commercially feasible to mine. If the price of
gallium went up, say because a large solar satellite project started
putting in big orders for it, those deposits would suddenly become
commercially viable.
Which is to say: yes, there probably is, if you're willing to pay enough.
Considering the outlays you're planning for launch, this shouldn't be a
problem, but do note it in the budget.
