I agree BillK.  We are accustomed to modern search engines which do more and
more for us all the time.  But at some point we need a search engine that
will find all the people who aren't on the internet at all.  That subset of
people gets smaller and more dangerous every day.  We need to find them,
perhaps with some kind of face recognition technology coupled with an
automatic search engine looking for those who aren't there.
