think I know from the fundamentals of biology that there is a upper bound
on the amount of complexity in those connections ​and it's only 750 meg. Or
to say it more precisely, 750 meg is the most a human programmer would need
to provide to make a AI, the remaining complexity that would be needed the
AI could suck out of the environment in same way that a human baby does.

And it's probably a good deal less than 750 meg.
