You said that not me. And if it was all some mysterious accounting trick
why didn't George Bush use that wonderful trick before Clinton, and why did
George W Bush stop using that wonderful trick as soon as he got into office?

happen happened. But perhaps I shouldn't judge them too harshly, as Yogi
Berra said "Predicting is hard, especially about the future".
