You'd have to add a lot more detail before any doctor would see that as 
ethical. You'd have to add a lot of unworkable detail to the law to make 
it airtight illegal. In the latter case, a jury would have to use their 
judgement and look for a broader context. If the law was tight enough 
that all cases fitting this description were illegal, then it would have 
to forbid more acts than it should.
