Ja I saw that.  I haven't done the calculations on that and might not get to
it today, but my first thought was that some yahoo figured out how to
suspend lithium batteries inside a rubber weather balloon with some kind of
diffusing shell around it or perhaps some kind of coating on the balloon so
that its IR signature would appear as a helicopter-size 122C object rather
than a basketball-sized 600C object.

Very puzzlin'.
