Well, you could say capitalism caused the bee collapse in the first
place by spraying insecticides and fungicides around indiscriminately.

The overall bee colony collapse losses haven't changed much. The
beekeepers are breeding more bees to make up the losses. Europe has
banned neonics, so you would expect bee losses to reduce over there.
Even without bans all the bad publicity is probably making farmers a
lot more careful about where and when they spray crops.

So there is hope that a combination of tactics can help the bees thrive.
