[ExI] drone violates asimov's first law

Headlines are saying a US drone took out a Syrian tank in self-defense.
There were humans who perished inside the tank.  Is this the first known
incident of a robot violating Asimov's first law?  Or does that count, since
it wasn't autonomous?
