Let's hope this is a major factor and a European ban demonstrates improvement in bee health. If so, the states will follow and Australia and everywhere else except Africa (they generally don't listen much to us.)
I wasn't aware of the complicating factor: neonics are persistent in the soil and come up with the subsequent crop.
