[ExI] chinese constitution

I read an article where Chinese students were protesting loudly against a
university's plan to examine all electronic gadgets:  PCs. phones, etc.
They said it was unconstitutional (despite the fact the the gov. in the
West, mostly Muslim parts, violates this all the time).

So I searched for the constitution and here it is:

It was very surprising to me about the freedoms this document says the
people have, and you might be too.
