 personality changes over time. I imagine due to life experiences. Which
doesn’t seem very actionable to me because I feel like that was already
established.

Sure - half of it is environment.  But no one is going to change from
introvert to extrovert, or agreeable to disagreeable, or reverse on any of
the Big Five factors.  Smaller traits, more environmental to start with,
OK, perhaps a major change.
