Here is a question I got on Quora and have not answered it yet:

 

Are my neighbors obligated to inform me and other neighbors of their Covid-19 test results?

My neighbor did.  He posts his condition on FaceBook regularly.  This is day 19.  His comment was that he is not yet well but feeling a lot better than he did 8 days ago.  He still looks like hell.

 

Obliged to inform: ethically yes, legally no.
