[ExI] Maybe things are getting better in the US

The bad news is COVID-19 killed  2407 Americans yesterday, the most ever
for one day bringing the total up to 26,112. The good news is the number of
new cases has declined for 4 days in a row.  The other bad news is Trump
will probably try to reopen things way too soon, most governors have the
brains to ignore him but some in red states do not, so the new cases will
probably go up again.
