What evidence can you cite that makes you think this?

I should note that virtually all nuclear weapons require periodic
maintenance by people who really know what they are doing.

Incidentally, it is not good to hear about a generation of depressed
people.  At least on this list, it seems to be the older ones who are
more optimistic.

There are lots of problems, but there are also lots of solutions.
