Quoting Brent Allsop:

You might try contacting and asking these girls whether things look
different out of one another's eyes. Although since their thalamuses
(thalami?) are connected, it is debatable whether they are actually
two girls or a single unique being.

Excerpt------------------
"The structure of the twins’ brains makes them unique in the world.
Their brains are connected by a thalamic bridge, connecting the
thalamus of one with that of the other. The thalamus acts like a
switchboard relaying sensory and motor signals and regulating
consciousness.
The Hogan twins demonstrate how they can see out of each other's eyes.
Krista and Tatiana Hogan share the senses of touch and taste and even
control one another’s limbs. Tatiana can see out of both of Krista’s
eyes, while Krista can only see out of one of Tatiana’s."
