Virus antibody treatment is already being tried in Asia and although there
is no official word yet on the results I'd be surprised if it didn't help,
but to treat everybody that gets sick you'd need to get serious and use
genetic engineering  to brew up a huge amount of it, and right now the USA
can't seem to even make the far smaller amount needed for virus diagnostic
test kits, although South Korea certainly can.
