[ExI] Good news and bad news

Not a single new case of COVID-19 was reported in China today, but in the
last 24 hours 427 more people died if it in Italy bringing the grand total
to 3,405. So now more people have died of COVID-19 in Italy than in China.
I've heard several epidemiologists say if you want to know what things will
be like in the USA in 10 days then look at Italy. Both countries seem to be
following the same curve.
