[ExI] Death Rate in Wuhan Is Lower than Previously Thought

It had been thought that the Death rate for COVID-19 was between 2% and
3.4% but now that we have better data from Wuhan where it all started
it looks like it's 1.4%. That's a lot better but still bad, seasonal flu is
just 0.1% and it kills tens of thousands of Americans every year.
