[ExI] COVID-19 has now killed more Americans than Chinese

In case anyone doubts they are lying about every aspect of this outbreak,
here is their official manufacturing data number that was just announced:
China's official manufacturing PMI went from 35.7 in Feb to 52.0 in
March, its highest level since September 2017.

This number is beyond the pale, and I can guarantee you that not a SINGLE
outside financial markets observer believes it.
