Yes, and the most important thing is that if the lockdown had started just
one week earlier the death toll in New York City on May 3 would have been
2,838 and not 17,581, and the US national death toll would have been 29,410
and not 65,307. And the decision on when to start the lockdown was based on
politics and on very questionable CDC statistics that made things look
better than they really were.
