[ExI] preservation of vegetables/ fruits

I just pulled a peach out of the fridge that had been in there for about
three weeks.  It was too hard to use.

I put it in one of those yellow bags that absorb ethylene gas that comes
out of the produce and which makes it age.

I have used those bags for every fruit and vegetable we buy and they work
on all of them.  Impressive.  No more wasted produce.
