It would be hard to beat the Catholic Church in that category. The
Republican Party claims to be change-averse but they arn't really, they
take great pride declaring how conservative they are and yet they want a
extreamly radical change in the way society has handled abortion for the
last half century and the way we've funded government since 1835.
