Ja.  We don’t want to ignore data, nor do we want to create suspect data which is as likely to be misleading as it is clarifying.  The reason I was so quick to refute the notion of attempting to distinguish between rural and urban is that we do not know how to distinguish between the two.  I do not even know which to call myself.  I live in a relatively low-density area, but I do business in the city and I go out to the wilderness on every occasion.  So which am I?  I don’t know.  If I don’t know, then no one else does either.
