[ExI] spam

Is there some sort of rule of the web that anyone can send you anything if
you are subscribed to the site?  I ask because I am getting spam.  Gmail
asks when I hit the spam icon, if I want to unsubscribe.

Trouble is, I have never heard of some of those people.  I certainly never
subscribed.

Are you getting that too?   bill w
