We can call it Billw’s rule: Everything except used tires is more complex than you think.

 

I have two corollaries to the rule:

 

1: Even if you apply and compensate for Billw’s rule, Billw’s rule still applies to nearly everything.

 

2: Used tires are an oddball exception to Billw’s rule (because they are more complex than you think (even if you apply and compensate for Billw’s rule.))
