[ExI] Lucy mission to Jupiter Trojan asteroids

The Lucy mission is due to launch in October 2021 to visit the L4 and
L5 Trojan asteroids orbiting Jupiter.

But getting a big spacecraft out to Jupiter is difficult, so they have
devised a trajectory with some really wild orbital loops so that they
can use gravity assist boosts.
