[ExI] can gofundme go fund themselves?

A Trucker convoy in Canada has a Gofundme.  Suppose a trucker got into a fight with a mountie, Gofundme suspends their account, declaring them domestic terrorist organization. 

 

Once the truckers go away and the protest is over, can Gofundme keep the money?
