[ExI] World IQs may be falling

Last I heard, IQs are relative. IQs measured in 2022 do not compare
directly to IQs measured in 2000. A difference between generations may be
measured within one year, but then you're comparing e.g. 10 year olds to 30
year olds, and of course the latter have had more time to learn.
