[ExI] AI enhancing / replacing human abilities

Just a thought.
AI may be enhancing human abilities. But what about AI enhancing all
the worst features of humans? e.g. crimes, brutality, hatred, etc.
AI is already being used for internet scams, fraud, propaganda,
bitcoin thefts, etc.

Then there are autonomous weapon systems being developed. Sure, they
say that humans will always be giving final permissions.
But to be realistic, humans can't react fast enough. Waiting for the
controller's go-ahead means you will be blown up while waiting.

Human control means slowing AI down to human speed. That just won't happen.
