[ExI] chaosgpt wants to kill us

Meh, I'm not too worried. The words an LLM emits are no more signifiers of
its intent and goals than the twitches your foot makes when you're nervous
spell out your subconscious thoughts in morse code.

This is just another shoggoth with a tiny little mask on it - this time of
a cranky face instead of a happy face.

An LLM with homicidal or omnicidal intent wouldn't be capable of expressing
it verbally, just as you couldn't make your nervous twitches spell out "I
a-m f-e-e-l-i-n-g a-n-x-i-o-u-s."
