On the other hand, the complexity of the brain, even a fetal brain, is
again vastly greater than the complexity of the genome - there are hundreds
of billions of specific neural connections that are not directly coded by
genes and are formed in a stochastic fashion under only indirect, general
genetic control, even before any meaningful learning takes place.
