[ExI] META: Internet updates in progress

Hi, all!

I just want everyone to know that the Extropy server's Internet will be worked 
on over the next several hours, so you may not be able to access the 
extropy.org web site or send email to the lists during this time.

The backup mail server is up and running, so even if you get a warning about 
your email not being delivered, it's just a warning - either it will be 
delivered to the backup server, then the main server when it's available, or 
your mail server will retry every now and then.
