What part are you asking about?

I imagine you can define the words then assemble their related contexts in
a meaningful whole concept emergent from the juxtaposition of ideas.

If you a taking the piss over the fact that "mind uploading" has not been
accomplished (to any degree that you would concede) then there can be no
"expert" in the particulars, I would propose you apply the same to other
fields also: there can be no experts in fusion technologies, no experts in
cancer mitigation/cures, hell even no experts in keeping ants out of
kitchen.
