We have seen that software can create abstract art better than some of the

Who says?  There is no accepted theory of the aesthetics of abstract art.
Of any art.  I don't like the idea of our going extinct, though that would
be great for all the creatures on the planet.  Machines can take over but
they are not my tribe.  You can get simulations of intelligence and
emotions but that's what they are - simulations.   billw
