What you just said reminds me of smart phones and the way peoples entire
lives are inside their phones.
I find it scary. Also, when keeping in mind the security of phones and
apps on the phones, I find it even scarier that people add all their
holiest of holies to their phones.
On the other hand, the world is passing me by, since I don't own a
smartphone, so perhaps all is well after all. ;)
On a personal note, it's pretty common for criminals to cheat old people
out of their money in sweden (where my father lives) by exploiting the
fact that all their need is to persuade them to approve a transaction with
their smart phones.
Since my father is in my camp, he does not have an electronic ID, which
makes him immune to these kind of attacks. In fact once or twice when they
tried they just hang up.
And the beauty is that it does not affect his life negatively, while, at
the same time, greatly increases his security compared with his peers. =)
