No (for any speaker not constitutionally qualified), and this is handled
under current law. Right now, in fact, there are a few on the Presidential
succession list who are not qualified; should everyone above them be
removed from office, they would simply be skipped. See

I have heard of a counterproposal to nominate Liz Cheney as Speaker of the
House, seeking support from Democrats and a few dissatisfied Republicans.
IIRC, she would be constitutionally qualified to become President should
this happen and circumstances remove Trump and Vance.
